The Missouri Growth Association (MGA) is a trade association of commercial property owners, managers and developers. It was formed in 1985 to promote governmental initiatives that are beneficial to our region’s economy and commercial property interests, and to oppose governmental measures and practices that harm our economy or the interest of the commercial property industry. MGA monitors both State and local governmental activities and has an active lobbying team in Jefferson City.
MGA has over 197 corporate members including property owners, brokers, managers, developers and companies that provide essential services, such as architects, engineers, general contractor, subcontractors, attorneys, lenders and a variety of consultants. MGA also represents nine commercial property related trade associations who generally have a seat on our Board of Directors. Those include:

In the fall of each year MGA hosts the “premier” networking event for the commercial real estate industry. In recent years it has attracted over 1,000 industry professionals and governmental officials. The MGA reception provides an unparalleled opportunity to showcase your company with a display and to talk one-on-one with current and prospective customers.
