Eads Award

Each year, the Missouri Growth Association recognizes pioneers of the commercial real estate industry. The honor is bestowed upon individuals and organizations whose work strove to benefit our economy, our region or our industry. Since 2004, the Eads Award acknowledges innovators and leaders with high standards that set the bar for the industry or that produce new, defining business methods.

Eads Award recipients are announced at the Annual Appreciation Luncheon for the Underwriters & Sponsors of the Fall Networking Event. Honorees are required to be retired or aged 65 or older, plus they must receive a 75% vote from the Past Presidents and Executive Committees.

Community Betterment Award

The MGA also annually identifies individuals and organizations in the commercial real estate industry whose current work makes a difference in today’s community. MGA bestows two Community Betterment Awards each year to industry trailblazers.

Past President's Award

Presidents of the Missouri Growth Association serve two-year terms. Each year that a new president is named, the current president honors his predecessor with the Past President’s Award. In 2007, current President Larry Chapman presented Ramsey Maune with a distinctive service award, designed by the artisans at Third Degree Glass.
